P.S.D - Partido Social Democrata, that is, Social Democratic Party. The
PSD has an interesting flag: green with three stripes in the upper hoist,
from top to bottom, NWY. In the center there's a pair of laurel branches,
yellow, over which there's the party sigla (PSD) and under which there's
the party name in a concavous arc, both black.
